PURPOSE STATEMENT

To personally know Jesus Christ and help others do the same.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are called to collaboratively assist pastors and other church leaders fulfilling The Great Commission by creating a culture of disciple making, training them to multiply laborers. We strive to reach the lost in many nations, and actively encourage unity in the broader Body of Christ.

MINISTRY VISION

We are disciples that create disciples, coaching pastors and other church leaders to create a culture of disciple making for those they serve.

CORE VALUES

We are disciples that create disciples, coaching pastors and other church leaders to create a culture of disciple making for those they serve.

  1. Personally knowing Christ fully, having a loving intimate relationship with Him.
  2. Making disciples is God’s plan to grow His Body, The Church.
  3. Spiritual maturity reflects the physical; we grow, mature, and reproduce.
  4. Obedience is for our own good.  It unleashes the promises of God.
  5. Unity in The Body is not easy, nor is it an option.

1. Relationship with Jesus:

There is nothing more important than your personal, intimate, one-on-one relationship with your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Matthew 7:21-23
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.  Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’  And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’”

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.

John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

2. Making Disciples:

Jesus commanded it. Just do it.  Not only the baptism, but the instruction also…then you get to His promise.

Matthew 28:18-20
“And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’”

3. Maturing the Body of Christ:

We believe in the Stages of Spiritual Maturity.  Our part as a parent in the faith is to reproduce Christ in others.

Colossians 1:28
We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.”

4. Obedience:

Salvation only comes from faith in the redemptive work of Christ on the cross.  Obedience is an outward reflection of agreement with Jesus and His Kingdom.  Surrender unleashes the fullness of His very nature in the life of a believer.  The measure of our hearts and lives surrendered to him is reflected in obedience.

John 14:21
“He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.”

5. Unity of the Body:

If Jesus tore down the walls of separation between Jew and Gentile…how dare we build them up based on doctrines of man?  Keeping and maintaining the unity of The Spirit is not easy nor is it an option.

John 13:35
“By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Ephesians 2:14-16
“For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall, by abolishing in His flesh the enmity, which is the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might make the two into one new man, thus establishing peace, and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by it having put to death the enmity.”
